Everyone around your senior people has some reason to tell them what they want to
hear. We don't. That's what you're paying for.
A six-month program for a group of your leaders. Each one gets their own coach. You
get one point of contact, a plan you agree to before we start, and a results
meeting at the end.
Coaching bought one leader at a time leaves nobody looking across the group. Six of your leaders can be stuck on the same thing and you will be the last to know.
It also has to be uncomfortable. Senior people have spent years around people who soften things for them, and they can tell inside one session. Once they decide you are another one of those, they stop bringing you anything that matters.
Buying coaching for yourself rather than for a group? Our one-to-one coaching page is the one you want.
Every leader in the program gets 12 sessions: nine one-to-one with their own coach, plus the three group sessions below. That's the same number of sessions as our individual six-month engagement. The group work, the meetings with you, and the project manager are on top of that.
Each of them already has a way of leading that works when things are calm. Most of the work is finding what that actually is, and then getting it to hold up when things aren't calm.
Dr. Dhru Beeharilal is faculty at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, where he advises coaches in training. He is also an ICF PCC Assessor, which means he is one of the people the profession trusts to judge whether a coach meets the standard.
He matches your leaders to their coaches and runs your planning and results meetings.
The coaches themselves. Our coaching team holds credentials from the International Coaching Federation, several at the PCC level, and several trained at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. Between them they have coached in the Fortune 50, in federal, state and municipal government, in health systems, universities, nonprofits, and the US Army.
He has coached leaders at Microsoft, Amazon, PayPal, Marriott, and Plaid, and across federal agencies. Amazon and Marriott engaged him directly.
We match each leader to their coach. Tell us what they need to work on and we pair them with the coach built for it. They keep that coach for the whole program. If it's not a good fit, tell us and we'll move them to a coach who is.
Everyone in one room. We agree how the program runs and what each person wants out of it.
Leaders practice the hard conversation they have been avoiding, out loud, with a coach in the room. We run this in small groups of three or four so every person actually gets a turn. You don't get that in a room of thirty people, which is why most training skips it.
What changed, what did not, and what each leader is taking forward.
$14,400 per leader at five leaders. That's the whole cost: their coach, their assessment, the group sessions, your planning and results meetings, and the project manager who runs it. Covers any number of leaders up to five. A sixth leader and each one after is $12,000.

Coaches from our team, matched to each leader by Dr. Beeharilal, who is an ICF PCC Assessor and Georgetown ITL faculty. He isn't the coach for all five; he selects them, runs your planning and results meetings, and is in the group sessions. If you want him personally for a specific leader, say so and we'll price it.
Buying five corporate engagements one at a time is $18,000 a leader, so $90,000. This is $72,000, which is $14,400 a leader, and it adds the three group sessions, the planning and results meetings, and a project manager. Session count per leader is the same at twelve. The things that only exist when a group goes through it together come with it rather than on top of it.
We work together to define meaningful metrics for your organization, and then we track and measure them across the engagement. Examples we have worked to before: retention in the group, promotion readiness, time to fill the roles beneath them, engagement in their teams.
We set who owns which measure in the planning meeting, in writing, before the program starts. We work from data you already collect rather than asking you to stand up something new for us.
Yes. Each leader past five is $12,000. Regardless of the overall cohort size, our small groups stay at three or four participants to maximize engagement and support.
Half up front, and the rest after the midpoint of the program. We invoice against your purchase order. Late fees are 1.5% a month, capped at 8% a year, and nothing starts until fifteen days after the invoice date.
You have fourteen days to cancel. Where we've booked outside vendors for you, that window closes when we book them, and we'll tell you the date before it happens. After that you'd cover whatever the vendors won't refund and anything they charge us to cancel. We chase the refunds, pass back what we recover, and keep 10% of that.
You can put someone else in their seat, as long as the leader who's leaving hasn't had three sessions with their coach yet.* After three, that relationship is most of what you've paid for, and a swap costs the new person more than it saves you.
*The agreement covers what happens after that.
Your leaders are coached by their own matched coaches, not by him, so the coaching continues. Your project manager is your day-to-day contact and doesn't change. He runs the planning and results meetings, and if a date has to move, it moves.
No cost, no obligation. Tell us who you're developing and what you need to change. If we aren't the right fit, we'll say so.
