Before You Begin
Do this alone and uninterrupted. Close your email. Put your phone down. Honest self-reflection doesn't happen while context-switching.
Don't game it. Answer how you actually lead, not how you wish you did. An inflated score teaches you nothing.
Think about specific moments. For each statement, recall a concrete situation from the last 6 months. If you can't think of one, that's data.
If you hesitate between two ratings, pick the lower one. The instinct to round up is the exact instinct that makes self-assessments useless.
